How do I contact technical support?
1) When you enter the platform you have access to support at any time by clicking on the chat button at the bottom right of the screen.
2) Enter the initial message explaining what you need. To continue click on the blue arrow inside the chat.
3) Enter your information so that they can continue helping you in case of losing the connection. Click Send to be able to communicate with the advisor.
4) You will have access to the chat and they will be able to help you with your requirements immediately.
